Cancellation Policy

Drs. Barts and Shu book appointments months in advance. Please make every attempt to attend the appointment or cancel with 24 hours notice. Missing appointments jeopardizes your own care and takes away an appointment from someone else who needs to be seen. Due to this, we reserve the right to refuse to rebook people if they have missed multiple appointments. We also have a no-show fee of $150 for initial consultations and $50 for followup appointments.
